Research On Problems Of Development Of The Mongolia Planting Industry In Transition

Planting is one of the major sectors of Mongolia agriculture and animal husbandry; it is an important industry which is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Since the reform in the early 1990s, the Mongolia privatized the state-owned assets. "agricultural privatization " of Mongolia, a great impact on farming. Radical social and economic transformation in Mongolia since the state crop is in decline 2008, the Mongolian government, FAO and international cooperation in support of the Ministry, led the development of Mongolia resumed farming, and achieved good success.In this paper, transition of Mongolia to study farming, combined with industrial development theory, the theory of ecological economics, to Mongolia in transition farming problems, analysis of development potential, proposed "to the animal husbandry, mainly to Agriculture, supplemented by "principles, the development of organic agriculture and green agriculture, Establishment of conservation tillage trial,to improve the degree of mechanization of farming in Mongolia to promote the development of countermeasures.
