Research On Inner Mongolia Economic Growth Efficiency Based On Green Accounting

With the energy depletion and environmental deterioration,the eighteen Party Congress will enhance the resources environmental protection to a hitherto unknown attention,resources and environment sustainable beauty has become a new target for contemporary pursuit.Since the western development,Inner Mongolia's rapid economic growth,at the same time,production factors and energy consumption growth is also very obvious.Inner Mongolia's economic growth is largely rely on high input elements and energy,resulting in excessive consumption of natural resources,the increasingly serious environmental pollution,hidden behind the cost of economic growth is very easy to be ignored.Therefore,ignoring the cost of environment and resources only to evaluate the economic development of the total GDP is biased.The evaluation of economic development is not only on the amount to measure,because the input is limited,the number of resources and environmental capacity is limited,therefore,we should pay more attention to the growth of output to input and output elements to measure the efficiency of different output efficiency determines the same input.Under the existing production conditions,the goal is to achieve the optimal output through the improvement of efficiency.In order to make economic development break through the constraints of resources and environment,maintain the sustainable and coordinated development of economy and resource environment,it is imperative to measure the efficiency of Inner Mongolia's green economic growth.This paper selects Inner Mongolia nearly 17 years of data,then constructs an evaluation index system of Inner Mongolia in line with the regional characteristics of resources and the environment,the comprehensive evaluation with the entropy method to calculate the score and to the right of the traditional GDP green,from the longitudinal direction of the Inner Mongolia traditional and green total factor productivity calculation,analysis of share the contribution of technological progress in the economic growth of Inner Mongolia,and from the horizontal to Inner Mongolia 12 Union City,the traditional and green economic growth efficiency measure.Finally come to the conclusion that the economic growth of Inner Mongolia traditional total factor productivity is higher than the green total factor productivity,and technology progress in Inner Mongolia lack of motivation,problems before and after the Union City economic growth efficiency gap etc..Then in the region and the union of the angle of the summary and give the corresponding conclusion.
