Agricultural planting structure is the basic structure in agricultural production, the formation and change of agricultural planting structure is affected by a number of factors, the change of the structure of planting on also brings profound effect on the use efficiency of the agricultural production factors and agricultural meet the society needs. This paper through analyzing the present situation of China’s planting structure, namely analysis the planting proportion of food crops and economy crops and the output of agricultural, with KaLaqin County of Inner Mongolia Province as an example, basis on the relevant theoretical, combining the qualitative and quantitative research, standard and empirical analysis method, analyzes current situation of agricultural planting structure include the total from crops of sowing area, the planting proportion of food crops and economy crops and the output of agricultural, and analyzes the degree that the change of planting structure influence the farmers’ income, and then from the single factor’ productivity and food supplies and evaluation of the policy system with Angle planting structure change the effect of change, and in the light of planting structure change food security and the effective use of arable land, labor transfer, the agricultural scale problems such as intensive management policy recommendations. This paper is based on the national planting structure change as a background, based on KaLaqin Country planting structure change circumstances, discussed its economic and social effect, with agriculture basic unit for case study, the current agricultural planting structure reaction to the changed circumstances, provide the basis for government guidance planting structure to adjustment.
