Study On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Planting Industry In Jiangyang District Of Luzhou City

As the main urban area of Luzhou City,Jiangyang District has developed unprecedentedly with the completion of Dong Yunba Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone in recent years.At present,the planting industry in Jiangyang District is in the key stage of upgrading from traditional planting industry to modern agriculture.According to the current situation,the planting industry structure in Jiangyang District is too single,the scale of base construction is insufficient,the benefit of increasing farmers' income is not obvious,the planting technology is backward,and the quality of agricultural products is not high.The transformation and upgrading of planting industry in Jiangyang District is still imperative eagerly.Therefore,it is urgent to break through the traditional mode of thinking,accelerate the innovation of industrial support policies for the prosperity of agriculture and rich peasants,and creatively promote the development of planting industry towards a more rational,healthier,more lasting and more stable direction of operation.Therefore,this paper focuses on the transformation and upgrading of planting industry in Jiangyang District of Luzhou City.Firstly,starting from the theory of industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper systematically analyses the motivation,influencing factors and path of the transformation and upgrading of planting industry.Secondly,the development process of transformation and upgrading of planting industry in Jiangyang District was further elaborated.The present situation of structure,layout,organization and technology of planting industry was expounded.The advantages and disadvantages of transformation and upgrading of planting industry in Jiangyang District were summarized.Thirdly,the external environment of transformation and upgrading of planting industry in Jiangyang was analyzed from the aspects of nature,policy,economy and technology,and the opportunities and challenges faced by the transformation and upgrading of planting industry in Jiangyang were summarized.Finally,the strategic thinking and objectives of transformation and upgrading of planting industry in Jiangyang District were put forward.It also puts forward some countermeasures for industrialized management of planting industry,production of agricultural products,regional brand building,infrastructure construction,ecological environment protection and policy optimization.
