The paper is composed of six parts:the introduction, a profile of traditional dairy product stores in the city of Hohhot, the role of the marketing process of and social function of traditional dairy product stores in Hohhot; the development trend of traditional dairy product stores in Hohhot, summary, and reference literature.The introduction includes the research situation, purpose of selecting the topic, and the research method.The first chapter profiles traditional dairy product stores in the city of Hohhot. In this chapter the distribution of traditional dairy product stores in Hohhot, the basic situation, service groups, cultural atmosphere, Mongolian food culture, and traditional dairy grocery relations were analyzed.The second chapter analyzes the role of the marketing process and the social function of traditional dairy stores in Hohhot, the role of how traditional dairy stores satisfy people's needs in daily life, promoting Mongolian food culture, and rich tourism. The social function of traditional dairy stores, culture and expanding employment, and speeding up economic development are interpreted. One example is the social function of grocery store milk. The third chapter discusses the development trends of traditional dairy product stores in Hohhot. It analyzes problems of the traditional dairy stores. It also further gives discussion based on the specific developing traditional dairy productu grocery strategies and measures. Finally some suggestions are put forward. |
