The Studies Of Pastoral's Dairy Development In Lnner Mongolia

Dairy industry is the superior industry of Inner Mongolia, and what's more, Inner Mongolia has the unique natural conditions to develop the dairy industry. In recent years, the dairy industries of Inner Mongolia have rapid development and get a good result in the support of the government and Flagship Company. According to the development of the regional distribution, the dairy industries of Inner Mongolia have three breeding forms; they are in suburbs, agrarian area and pasoral area.In the last few years, under the reform of the economic system, pasturing area of Inner Mongolia accelerated the step of adjustment of industrial structure, to strive for comprehensive development of economic. Against this background, pasturing area prioritized the breeding industry of milk cow. But the extensive milk cow made many problems; such as, serious ecological problem in pasturing area, impaired the benefits of herdsman, set up the milk base blindly and the holistic benefit of the dairy industry is in low efficiency. This paper takes dairy industry of Inner Mongolia as research subject, analyzing the current situation and existing problems of dairy industry in pasturing area and present the idea of Inner Mongolia should go the way to develop the traditional dairy industry.In ancient time, with the development of nomadic life, Mongolian people discovered the function of milk from five types of livestock and developed the various kinds of skills to process the dairy product. Mongolian traditional dairy product is in a great variety, is full of nutriments and has unique flavor, it belongs to green foodstuff. In Inner Mongolian area, it is well received, so we can say that the dairy industry is has wide space and prospects to develop. To develop the traditional dairy product in pasturing area is benefit to promote the healthy development of dairy industry, to raise the income level of herdsmen and promote the comprehensive development of economy in the pastoral area. Pasturing area should make effective use of natural resource and social resource; and strive to develop the traditional dairy product in modes of small processing enterprises and cooperatives.
