In recent years, China's tourism industry showed rapid development momentum, each the length of the number of holiday trips are constantly refreshing the historical record. Souvenirs thus come to our sight due to the economic boom as a new design products. Undeniably, China is the world's largest (one from the number of population) tourist country, China's Tourist Souvenir market is facing unprecedented opportunities, but also accompanied by problems that can not be avoided: Tourist Souvenir is still an emerging industry, Tourist Souvenir on the market most of circulation does not play its due value and utility, Tourist Souvenir has many problems, these problems have seriously hindered the normal development of the tourism industry.Through literature review, content analysis, comparative analysis, interdisciplinary research methods,this thesis fisrt generalizes domestic and international tourism and Tourist Souvenirs' development status, pointing out that the development of Tourist Souvenir problems and their causes, then the significance of the redesign, Finally, an instance of re-engineering analysis, design verification and then the feasibility of the design of Tourist Souvenir. Details are as follows:Chapter1 Overview Summary of domestic and foreign Tourist Souvenir, and the proposal to examine the significance, purpose and methods. The second chapter of the domestic status of Tourist Souvenir that problems on the foreign developed through the successful example of regional Tourist Souvenir analysis, the success we can learn from the experience.ChapterⅢis unclear for now the concept of Tourist Souvenir, first of all by consulting literature, comprehensive study of part of the definition of influential, and then make their own summary of the concept of Tourist Souvenir and Tourist Souvenir redesign concepts and creative design in the Tourist Souvenir redesign, redesign should pay attention to the elements and their practical significance.ChapterⅣperspective to redesign development and design of Tourist Souvenir and made the whole process re-engineering countermeasures.
