Most of the previous researches both home and abroad, just study the tourist souvenir market based on the perspective of seller and buyer, while neglecting the cultural factors’impact on the development of tourist souvenir market. This thesis tries to research and analysis the cultural factors of buying souvenirs.This thesis analyses the current development situation of the domestic tourist souvenir market from the perspective of cultural philosophy, especially focusing on the problem of cultural homogeneity of tourist souvenir market. Based on the theory of souvenir purchase pattern, this paper put forward a set of development strategies, which related to cultural characteristics of souvenir, talents, brand culture, shopping environment culture, promotion culture, and shopping psychology of customer, to solve the problem of cultural homogeneity of tourist souvenir market, and finally to enrich the ecological cultural connotation of souvenirs, as well as accelerate the development of tourist souvenir market.
