Research On Cooperative And Innovation Within The Cluster

Because of the technology innovation is inherently uncerently and the huge investment, so the firms and the suppliers will often have an agreement on resources or cost sharing for the cooperative development of new products and achieve complementarity of resources, sharing cost and risk. Under this supply chain network, Cluster enterprises with horizontal cooperation and vertical cooperation and creat synergies innovation ,cooperation innovation has become the core competitiveness of the cluster main source.In this paper, our research mainly focuses on three parts. In the first part, we analyze the relationship between enterprises and the cluster network structure from supply chain persecutions, analyzed specifically horizontal and vertical cooperation innovation between enterprises. In the second part, we defined strong relationship and weak relational cooperation innovation according to"social learning"theory. Based on Taiyuan equipment manufacturing industry cluster, in the third part we used existing models and theory to take horizontal and vertical cooperation empirical analysis and got following results: (1) Cooperation as a variable increased the model's fit. The cluster cooperation between enterprises especially the vertical cooperation has positive and significant impacts on innovation, (2) from the vision of supply chain network, if cooperation among vertical enterprises is close, the cooperation innovation is more close to strong one. Therefore the cooperation among horizontal enterprises is close; the cooperation innovation is more close to weak one. (3) Control variable such as research level, firm size and sale revenue still are important internal resources and playing leading role in enterprise innovation.Base on the above result, when the government makes the cluster policies should follow four principles: (1) Government policies should aim to encourage the cooperation of enterprises in the cluster and network. (2) Cluster policies should adhere to a combination of top-down and bottom-up ideas. (3) Policy to emphasis the dominant position of enterprises. (4) The government policy's main job should server for the cluster.
