Research On Dynamic Mechanism Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Collaborative Innovation Based On Supply Chain

In recent years, the equipment manufacturing enterprises has obtained rapid development in our country, and facing many problems in its development.Among them,equipment manufacturing enterprise collaborative management system lag behind in our country, key industry lack of breakthroughs, new technology for the further development of the equipment manufacturing enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism obstacle is more, the key is the insufficient of collaborative innovation power. Therefore, how to drive the equipment manufacturing enterprise cooperative innovation and development, to solve the problem of insufficient innovation power, constructs a model of collaborative innovation dynamic mechanism and effective, is the current equipment manufacturing enterprise cooperative innovation work facing an important issue.In this paper, the integrated use of empirical analysis and normative analysis,combining the methods of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, Based on the theory of equipment manufacturing industry, the theory of coordination, game theory,and the theory of enterprise collaborative innovation under the supply chain, this thesis discusses the full text.First of all, the thesis systematically elaborate equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad are summarized and the research progress of collaborative innovation power related theory, define the basic knowledge of theory, laid the theoretical basis for further study on the later. Second, the thesis reveals the current situation and existing problems of the collaborative innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, and explores the deep mechanism of the synergy innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises. Third, the synergy innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the perspective of supply chain is analyzed,and the internal dynamic factors and external dynamic factors are discussed respectively. In addition, the DEA method is used to evaluate the performance of the collaborative innovation dynamic mechanism of 10 equipment manufacturing listed enterprises in Gansu province. The empirical part verifies the scientific nature and feasibility of collaborative innovation dynamic mechanism of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Gansu province.
