Service industry which has been put an emphasis by our country has become more and more important in the national economy. Service industry is not only the crucial way to solve and expand employment, but also a main symbol of the economic development of a country and region. Service companies as the bearing units of the service industry development its position in the national economy is also more and more important.The greatest feature of the service enterprises is that human resource has the biggest proportion in the enterprise resources. Human resources has become the first resources of enterprises. Whether"the first resources"can be reasonable managed or not has become a priority. Successful performance appraisal which is the core of the human resources, can supply information to recruitment, promotion, salary and the training, at the same time arouse the biggest initiative of employment and gain a competitive advantage for enterprises. But in the practical management, the staff performance appraisal work of the enterprises is not so desirable; there is a great deal of problems needs to focus on.This research focuses on the performance evaluation systems of service enterprises'staff.The paper discusses the appropriate performance appraisal system for service enterprises from three aspects:the appraisal method,the appraisal content and the appraisal result.Specifically, this paper mainly completes the following three aspects of work:Firstly, propose performance appraisal methods suitable for service enterprises.On the appraisal method, this paper analyze the advantages, disadvantages and scope of the existing main performance appraisal methods. On this basis, according to the working characteristics and problems, bring up the right for service enterprises.Secondly, establish the evaluation index system of junior staff. The paper applied Derfiei Expert Consultation, Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Mathematics to establish a scientific performance evaluation model. On this basis, set up evaluation index system against the primary staff.Thirdly, bring up with corresponding corrective measures. This article summarizes and reviews various deviations of assessment results of services enterprises. On this basis, propose appropriate corrective measures. At the same time, make a systematic analysis about the assessment results analysis, feedback, content and procedures and ways of effective application.
