Construction And Qulatiy Evaluation Of Tourism Public Service To The Urban

With the rapid development of the economy in China, there is a trend that the tourism becomes increasingly popular, casual and normal. The demand of tourism public services for the people who consider the city as the main tourism destination is constantly improving. Currently, the tourism of China has stepped into the stage where the industry is promoting quickly. The most important method of improving the efficiency of tourism industry is to strengthen the function of tourism public service. It is required that the government should make its functions adapt to the economic development and put the social public service first. However, there are some problems about the tourism public service in China, such as shortage of the supply, unreasonable structure and distribution, which seriously has prohibited the process of tourism development. Through constructing the public service system of urban tourism and evaluating it scientifically, and this will put the important significance on the public service of urban tourism. There are six chapters.Chapter I mainly elaborates the background, significance and the method of the paper, etc.Chapter II summarizes the domestic and the foreign studies of the tourism public service and the basic theories on the basis of the definition of tourism public service.Chapter III analyses the influential factors and the principal of constructing the public service of unban tourism and put forward with the system of the public service of urban tourism which contains information, transportation, safety, management and environment. It also studies the supply pattern of the tourism public service from the perspective of demand and supply.Chapter IV includes index setting, evaluation methods selected and index weight decided of the tourism public service, etc. There are 16 evaluation indexes selected through both research and study. The tourism public service system is classified into four grades from high to low by analysis of the analytic hierarchy process, experts'scoring to determine the index weight and by data collection to determine criteria.Chapter V takes Shanghai as an example and evaluates the public service system of unban tourism. Through analyzing the foundation of its development, its achievements and problems, this chapter analyzes its development status, assesses the level of public service system of urban tourism and then puts forward with some proposals of its development from some aspects such as policy, funding and mechanisms. This is important theoretical and realistic significance for establishing the system of Shanghai tourism public service.
