Research On The Job Security Of Sea-lost Fishermen

As the development and utilization of ocean resources and deterioration of marine environmental pollution, the sea-lost phenomenon sticks out increasely. After missing the seas as the success of smee,fishermen'economic incomes decrease sharply,living conditions turn bad obviously,and the question of transferring extrude particularly.Therefore,how to perfect the job security mechanism for sea-lost fishermen has become a currently new reseach project of government departments.Based on the system analysis of sea-lost origins and types,fishermen'living conditions and China's current employment security policy,along with the empirical survey of sea-lost fishermen employment security cases in Cangnan county,Zhejiang province,this text,from the perspective of society and government, puts forward to a system of constructing and perfecting sea-lost fishermen'job security sitution,from three aspects of industrial transformation and upgrade,labor skills training,and policy guiding tilt.
