Since reform and opening in China's economic growth, strong momentum building industry, especially in the 21st century, modern construction project scale becomes more and more large, especially in the industrial building the most outstanding, engineering construction environment with large size, more complex, more professional cohesion points. Construction process not only should invest a lot of artificially and mechanical equipment, but also there's plenty of construction building materials products of the production, transport, storage and supply work, want to make human, financial, material, etc. Various kinds of factors of production unified coordination plays its utility with the increasingly complex, the difficulty. Have a bit inadvertent appear likely because slowdown, shutdown affect engineering standards production. Smooth Based on the power of guangxi resource phase conveying system engineering for example, in the project schedule management basic theory research, on the basis of the engineering construction encountered in the process of various influence its progress in the thorough analysis and research problems, and in the light of these presents exploratory solutions and strategies.With the study of the first phase of Guangxi Guigang Power fuel system in heat-engine plant, the first two chapters state the importance and coverage of process management which is one of key factors for the project management. Before to plan general construction progress, it comes first to argue the whole target of construction project: to demonstrate the feasibility of the whole target through the research, to collect materials, to analysis the project structure and, then, to discuss and adjust the construction target. The third chapter is the key of this paper .It analyses the factors which influence project progress from the view of internal and external factors. The internal factors include the clarification of the project scope and system analysis; full investigation of End-users'demands, progress schedule, the team sizing and internal communication & corporation, the applications of new material or new technology, etc. The external factors include developers, design institutes, contractors or subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, supervision institutes, government, social and natural conditions. Whether the project is under control decided by completing checking points, milestone and baseline according to weakly meeting and phasic reports.Factors of properties changing : the imperfection of designing market and the lack of strict supervision on project alternation as well as strict function management .All of these factors will cause a immeasurable impact of smoothly project .In the final chapter, the writer consults abundant material of Guangxi Guigang Power fuel system in heat-engine plant to elaborate his own exploratory opinion and research for the questions of chapter three, from the view of to construct progress management system, to define the job responsibility of progress management, to draw progress plan, to inspectuz evidence, the method as well as the request of the project progress, to monitor the content and method of construction progress, to coordinat the whole construction, and to work out progress management rules for construction contractor management, design management, purchase department and progress control report system. This thesis details the promotion of the new arts and crafts with the practice. It targets to combine project management theory with practice and it will make huge progress for the progress management application.
