Research On The Location Of Food Cold Chain Distribution Center In Supply Chain

People's consumption patterns are changing with the social and economic developments and people's living standards improving,at the same time, the quality and freshness of food is paid more and more attention. The frequent incidents of food safety make the social parties highly concern about food safety issues. As a linker between producers and retailers of cold chain food, cold chain distribution centers make the whole process of cold-chain logistics operate efficiently, coordinated and orderly to achieve the optimal combination of economic and social benefits. The cold chain distribution center initial location decision has a decisive impact on the service and operational costs. The location decision also plays a key role on the operational efficiency and service of the supply chain. Therefore, the research on the location of food cold chain distribution center in supply chain has important theoretical significance and practical value.From a perspective of supply chain, this dissertation introduces the characteristics of food cold chain distribution center and the location goals. Then it analyzes the location factors from the macro and micro aspects, and presents the process of location. Drawing on the current location theory and considering the benefit of supply chain as a whole, the dissertation introduces food consumption differential and fuzzy due time into the location goals which are the minimal cost of food cold chain distribution center, the minimal loss of food quality of producers in transportation and the maximum satisfaction of retailers. Then it sets the model of location in supply chain. After non-dimensionalization by fuzzy sets, this dissertation uses the efficiency coefficient method to solve this model and get the optimal location program.In addition, there are 8 figures and 16 tables in the dissertation.
