More than three decades of reform and opening up, our family business has beenbooming at the same time affect the development of deep-seated contradictions of thefamily business is gradually revealed. Compared with foreign family business, ourfamily business has a strong advantage in the beginning of creation, it is difficult tobecome bigger and stronger, and the development of life not as a foreign familybusiness. The reason is because of our family business is unique corporate culture onthe one hand is conducive to the creation of the family business, on the other handhinder the development and growth of the family business. How to play to theadvantage of the culture of the family business, and to improve the lack of the culture ofthe family business, building to adapt to the development of the culture of the familybusiness to become a problem in front of us.In this paper, a method of combining literature and social surveys from differentsectors of the four levels of material culture, spiritual culture, system culture, behaviorculture Wuhan city, different life, different sizes, different results family businessresearch, summarizes the characteristics of our family business culture, and analysis ofthe strengths and weaknesses of the family business, family business culturedeficiencies and proposed countermeasures of building a family business culture, familybusiness owners to attract attaches great importance to the culture of the family business,and guide deeper thinking about the culture of the family business, promote our familybusiness at an early date the formation of their own, the family business culture has aunique personality and core competitiveness, so as to adapt to the needs of the domesticand international market competitionThe thesis is divided into several parts.
