In the family of private enterprises, organizational silence is a common phenomenon. Family business has three significant characteristics, namely, a family control all or a majority stake in the enterprise, the major issue decision is decided by family members, members of the family as the important position. Organizational silence is a collective phenomenon, refers to the staff to organize a potential problem in the behavior of the individual opinion. Organizational silence caused the enterprise communication and information communication disorders, affect managers make accurate decisions in time, brings to the enterprise development potential threat. If employees in the atmosphere for a long time will feel that you are not seriously, thus resulting in a loss of job burnout, and satisfaction. Out of organizational silence behavior brought about by the adverse effect, organizational silence is influenced by the managers and more and more attention from scholars at home and abroad.Research achievements in this study of domestic and foreign related organization silence, on the basis of combing inductive adopting open questionnaire, questionnaire before, item analysis and factor analysis methods, the preparation of organizational silence, silence of family business organization structure dimension has carried on the exploration, and probes into the family business organizational culture factors of silence. Based on an analysis of the current situation to silence, from based on organizational silence behavior of the countermeasures for the enterprise culture systematically. Research results show that:First, family enterprise organization structure dimensions include:interpersonal fear silence organization system, the obstacle and the individual low self-esteem are silent.Second, this study analyzed theoretically the silence of the organizational culture factors of a family business with the close ties between the traditional culture of our country exist, in practice for managers in the enterprise to reduce organizational silence behavior provides a systematic management measures, namely, from the enterprise culture, communication culture, the trust in the organization culture and democracy, justice of organizational culture the four perspective of building a supporting system for the reduction of organizational silence behavior.
