Communication Management Research On Project Of Sixty Daogou Hydroelectric Of Laiyuan County

Chinese economic and social development has entered a new era after the thirty years of reform and opening-up. Informanization and industrialization was booming with the development of economic globalization. Enterprises face an increasingly complex enviroment, the competition becomes increasingly fierce, so project management is playing more and more important role. Although the theory of project management has formed a complete system of knowledge, a variety of management techniques have been mature and widely used in practice, but in addition to the quantifiable, hard and rigid techniques and means, there is a lot of soft factors, the project communication belongs to the soft factors, and in the project management, it plays a very important role.This paper described the theoretical results of recent studies on the basis of the project, defined the basic meaning of communication management, role, basic way, basic channels and five communication models. It summarized the communication problems in the project management process by analysing the organizational structure and communication management situation in the management of Sixty Daogou of Laiyuan county, and analyzed and summarized the communication problems from two factors about internal and external in detail that arised from the process of project management, and found out these problems' reasons. At the same time, it presented the method that how to improve the design to the information management processes, organizational structure, communication channels and methods by analysing the information needs and role in the process of project management, and how to improve communication efficiency for the project managers and individuals. This paper also built a communication management system for small and medium hydropower projects and other small and medium projects, and provided a reference for effective communication management of project team from theory and practice. And it aimed at providing a feasible communication plan for small and medium future project, and making the project under effective control, and improving communication levels for project management personnel.
