The progress of the society,the enterprise's development is inseparable from the communication.Communication is the exchange of information and ideas between people.Communication is helpful for decision making.The main idea for communication lies in the mutual understanding,mutual response,and to get common view through the behavior and process of communication.All of the managers need to get a lot of information which is helpful for decision-making from a wide range of communication,and then make decision,or give suggestions to related personnel to make decisions.It is difficult to quantify the function of communication in project.It is a soft target which has influence to the effect of communication.But it is no doubt for.communication to improve the success of the project,especially to increase the success rate of software projects.Communication should be throughout the life of the project,many management experts,famous people take communicate as the very important the in management.So we should pay more attention to the role of communication in project management,especially in the software project management.This thesis is to analysis the current situation of communication management for ZH Company,and to find some weakness then propose some suggestions for it based on the analysis of domestic and international communication management theory.We think ZH Company needs to use some communication tools to improve the effect of communication management,and we also give some specific suggestions,such as,strengthening the project stakeholders,build a diversified communication channels and methods,perfect communication scheduling,enhancing program management of communication and feedback,so that ZH Company can establish a reasonable and high-efficiency communication system,and improve management efficiency,and provide guidance for software application project.
