A Study On Layout Level Of Logistics Park In Jilin Provience Relying On The Highway

2009 China Annual Industry Survey Report of Logistics points out that, logistics park construction is still one of the most fields which are likely to receive the policy implementation and development promotation. In recent years, with the rapid development of logistics industry, many cities are in the construction of Logistics Park to drive urban economic development. In this context, doing research of Logistics Park's layout has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In recent years, Economic development of Jilin is very fast; meanwhile transportation infrastructure has been improved gradually. Logistics industry has rapidly developed, but overall logistics park construction started relatively late. Logistics park distribution is very concentrated, and its quantity is small. The layout of Logistics Park is lack of uniform overall planning. Jilin is an inland provience, limited by railway transport capacity and geographical position, it must develop logistics relying on highway.As an important mode of transportation, highway has concentration and diffusion effect on industry, and then promotes the rapid development of logisitics. On the other hand, logistics' development increases highway using, being helpful for highway construction, and promoting industrial division of economic belt. So based on the related interaction development related theory of highway, logistics and relevant industy of highway, planning Jilin's logistics park construction relying on highway is more realistic significance.Based on the analysis of logistics park and highway economic belt related theory and interactive relationship, this paper constructed a logistics park layout level classification index system. Then it clustered cities and analyzed the level of Logistics Park in every city. This paper used discriminant analysis to the classification to examine it is rational or not. Finally my paper did an overall planning of highway Logisitics Park's layout level in Jilin Provience, based on status and planning of industry and highway in Jilin. This paper's research not only riched the interaction development theory of highway, relavant industries and logistics, but also provies theoretical basis for logistics park layout level planning of Jilin Provience.
