Logistics Park (short for LP) is a product of modern Logistics. One of the most important and fundamental problems about LP is the planning of LP. Having selectivity on space is critical to the development of LP. And the healthy development and the ideal state of the planning of LP are based on special demand on space and compatible environment offered by some special spaces. At present, the development of LP in Xinjiang is being at the beginning phase and it is of great importance to do some good work on this. This thesis tries to ascertain the distributing of LP at different cities in Xinjiang through careful analysis and research. By great effort, this thesis is also trying to realize the optimization of resource on space, and then promote the efficiency and reduce the operation cost of the LP system, and alleviate the pressure from the pollution and the consumption of resource, which can offer basic and necessary guarantees for the substantial development of Xinjiang. The creative work of this thesis includes connotation and qualitative analysis on the space about the planning of LP, and doing clustering analysis about the macroscopically distribution on Xinjiang's LP. First of all, in order to construct synthetically indexes, this thesis sets up primary indexes and then does relativity analysis and space otherness analysis on the indexes. Secondly, this thesis adopts fuzzy clustering method to distinguish different regions supported by the LP and determine the similar LPs, and ulterior construct the hierarchy on Xinjiang's LP. Thirdly, it uses F-test to analyze the results got by the method used before. At last, it draws a conclusion about macroscopically distributing of Xinjiang's LP by the combination of the clustering results and actual condition of different regions.
