Overall Layout Planning And Developmental Pattern Analysis Of Logistic Park In Hunan Province

The development of social economy while brings good opportunity for modern logistics industry, also sets new request for the planning of logistics development. Logistics Park (short for LP) is a product of modern Logistics. One of the most important and fundamental problems about LP is the planning of LP, the healthy development and the ideal state of LP are based on the hard and soft environment offered by some special spaces. At present, the development of Logistics in Hunan province is being at the beginning phase and it is of great importance to do some good work on the planning of LP. Take this as the background, in this thesis the overall layout planning and operation pattern analysis on Logistics Park in Hunan province are researched.In the present thesis, construction succession of the logistics park layout planning, function category of the logistics park layout planning and the logistics park operation pattern in Hunan province and so on three basic questions are researched. Flowing the construction succession aspect of the logistics park layout planning in Hunan Province, analysis target and collect correlation data are chosen, the theory of modern logistics and transportation economics is used, the method of importance-coefficient is taken, the important-coefficient model is established and the construction time order of logistics park in each place state city of Hunan Province is obtained. At the aspect of the logistics park layout planning function category, the method of direct clustering-analysis is used and the area sets of the logistics parks which are in the same construction level are ascertained. According to the different ranks of these sets, the function category hierarchy system of the layout planning is designed. With the operation pattern of Logistics Park in Hunan Province, in this thesis overseas success models are modeled, using the theory of modern logistics and management. The government, investors and operators are proposed to respectively undertake the different function and their role localization, the source of profit of logistics park operation are suggested, the types of enterprises and the basic measures to cultivate the enterprises which are introduced in the logistics park are supposed. In this thesis every state actual situation are comprehensively considered, providing the program of macroscopic planning, to realize the optimization of logistics-node resources on space, and then promote the efficiency of logistics-nodes system and reduce the operation cost of delivery, which can offer basic and necessary guarantees for the substantial development of Hunan. Showing the research results of this thesis and the application may obtain the better social effect and the economic efficiency.At present, there are less special methods of planning the logistics park layout. In this thesis formal planning theory and methods have been effectively aligned and taken, unifying qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. It does not only enrich the layout planning theory of logistics park, moreover, the example findings can also provide the science reference for the correlation department's decision-making, shows a higher realistic value.
