Adhereing To Sustainable Development, The Strategy Research Of Rational Development And Utilization Land Resources Of The Three Gorges Reservoir

The Three Gorges Reservoir is billed as the throat of ChangJiang River in the Midwest China, and also the key area in Eco-environment Construction of Western Region. The Three Gorges Reservoir are mountains and hills. In the Three Gorges Reservoir, the ecologic environment is fragile, economic development lag behind, the structure contradiction between persons and places is obvious, land resources are scarce, and cultivated lands are limited in number. when the dam is completed with 175CM storage level, the contradictions between persons and places are sharpening. How to solve the problem of shortage of land resource to come true the land of sustainable development, is very important to build a moderately prosperous society under the guide of the sustainable development.Under sustainable development, this thesis analyses the rational development and utilization of the land resources of the Three Gorges Reservoir from four aspects.The first part introduces the theory of sustainable development and the sustainable development and utilization of land resources. First, briefly introducing the theory of sustainable development, including the meaning, principle, objective, significance of sustainable development. Then, introducing the meaning of land resources and sustainable development and utilization of land resources, and summarizing the characteristic feature of sustainable development and utilization of land resources.The second part introduces the present situation and characteristic feature of the development and utilization of the land resources of the Three Gorges Reservoir. First, briefly introducing the general view of the Three Gorges Reservoir as a whole, and including the geographical position, the characteristic of terrain, the climate feature and soil type, and so on. Then, introducing the present situation of development and utilization of the land resources of the Three Gorges Reservoir, including agricultural land, non-agricultural construction, unused land, and wet-dry zone land. Finally, summarizing three basic characteristics of the development and utilization of the land resources of the Three Gorges Reservoir by analysing its characteristic feature.The third part introduces the existing problems and their reasons of the development and utilization of the land resources of the Three Gorges Reservoir. Summarizing the reasons on the basis of problems analysed development process and utilization process, including five reasons, natural conditions, ideology among the masses in reservoir area, rules and regulations, transfer of farming land, and industry in reservoir area.In the fourth chapter introduces the measures of rational development and utilization of the land resources of the Three Gorges Reservoir, under sustainable development. After briefly introducing the principle insisted on, putting some measures, which mainly involved five factors, i.e the law, science and technology, land market, industry and aquaculture.
