As the carrier of economy, economic development is inseparable from the supply of resources. With China's sustained rapid economic growth and the acceleration of urbanization, the demand of land resources is increasing. It is particularly important to improve the scientific and reasonable land supply system for effective land use planning and rational configuration of land resources.Urban land supply system is the standard of national urban land supply and demand management system, involving a series of institutional arrangements such as land property rights system, land requisition system, reserve system, transfer system, and tax system, etc. There is a very big difference between urban and rural land supply system decided by the dual economic structure. Compared with the rural, cities can utilize land resources more effectively, have more perfect public facilities, accept more population pressure and provide more employment opportunities. China's urbanization level is at unprecedented speed, so cities have more urgent needs of land than the rural. It is the urban rapid development, its unique advantages to economic system especially to the real estate market that makes the research on influence of urban land supply system to house prices affect attention.As the paper's instruction, the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research, expounds the research method and logical structure. The second chapter reviews the related literature at home and abroad, summarizing the predecessor's research value and laying the foundation for this article. The third chapter reviews the evolution of urban land supply mechanism, analyzes the situation of urban land supply and real estate prices and presents the reason of the formation. Through the game model among central government, local government and developers, the fourth chapter analyzes the theory mechanism of urban land supply system to the house price. The fifth chapter re-inspects the relationship between the house price and the land price because of the implementation of bid, auction and listing system.The sixth chapter summarizes the main conclusions and policy research of this paper, suggesting that urban land supply mechanism has not perfect place and as system foundation it needs optimization. Finally it discusses the innovative points and possible shortage.
