Organization Commitment (OC) is a very important conception in organizational behavior and human resource management which is a effective predictable index for job performance and turnover tendency. With the quickly development of logistics enterprise, the study of reduce turnover rate becomes more and more necessarily and urgently, and the research on organization commitment of logistics enterprise employees becomes a very important discussion. Under the background, this study focus on the structure of organization commitment and it's antecedents including sex, age, marital condition, family responsibilities, duty, working years in a company, change job times, and enterprise's ownership subject well-being(SWB) of employee, etc by Questionnaire. The result shows that the organization commitment of logistic enterprise employees includes four factors, that is affective commitment, ideal commitment, economic commitment and normative commitment, and the demographic variable, personal factors of employees, organizational factors and SWB affect the organization commitment of logistic enterprise significantly. Based on the research result, a list of suggestions in the practice of human resource management in logistics enterprise have been put forward.
