From Governing By People To Governing By Nature

This article is mainly about the management philosophy which is reflected in the Chinese economic reform. I want to find the management philosophy from the traditional Chinese Taoist culture, while we study the path of the economic reform. And I hope to find the general management rules according to the analysis in order to reduce setbacks, and make the economic more successful.The main ideas of this article begin with the facts of evolution of China's economic system reform. Firstly, I discuss the reason why planned economic system is established. And I analyze its management features. Then I try to find the inherent weaknesses of this management approach. Secondly, I discuss the main reform contents of different times. And I summarize the change of the management and its performance, analyze what cause it.At last, I will reflect the economic reform process from the perspective of the traditional Chinese Taoist management. And I try to conduct a review and summary. Then I get the conclusion that the Chinese economic reform is actually following the management path from governing to doing nothing.
