Workers attitude and enthusiasm for work is an important condition for the smooth development of the enterprise, how to effectively motivate employees is a topic with strong research value. However, in actual implementation level, many companies still face a shortage of staff enthusiasm, and this phenomenon helpless. Therefore, this article from the philosophical level of incentive theory and practice of in-depth study.Philosophy is the theory of a methodological explanation and understanding. If a problem at the philosophical level has not been satisfactorily resolved in the back of the practice will continue to expand the scope of the problem, the more difficult to solve. By reading the relevant literature concluded that the nature of academic research on the severe shortage of incentives, particularly its field principle, active and passive relationships rarely involved. Part of the study from a psychological point of view to explain incentive, then there is little research from the management point of view to give them analyzed.
