The Improvement Of Industrial And Commercial Registration System On Online Business Entity

With the rapid development of the electronic business, Our government should monitor and supervise e-business.As a result,how to perfect the online business registration system is an important issue in the new period. Therefore,this paper provides theoretical support to sustainable development of e-business in China,and make reference to the ever developing C to C.There are three parts in this thesis and their main contents are as follows:In the first part is the review of research, and it mainly introduces the present situation and the existing problems of the commercial registration in China. The second part is the core of this thesis. This part makes proposals for the reform and reconstruction of China commercial registration system, in respect of the character of registration, the qualifications of the online business entity, the scope of registration,and so on.The third part recommends solutions to the industrial and commercial administrative supervision of e-commerce mainly from three aspects, such as wired for supervision of registration, updating of the information and the public announcement of the industrial and commercial registration.
