Simply speaking, management is a particular subject through the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling by means of human, material and financial resources to optimize the configuration to improve the production efficiency of the process to achieve the desired goals, which are the only elements of managementdynamic elements, therefore, before deciding what management must first understand how people are. Regardless of whether managers clearly understanding about human nature, prior to its implementation and management are all in the subconscious of people have a general understanding. To some extent, the understanding of human right or not, determines the success or failure of management activities.
