Currently, there is not a clear standerd for the green house in China, there are many residences under the banner of the name of the green in the market, besides, the high price of the green resideence can not be accepted by the consumers. There are some reasons, first, the real estate developers do not comprehend the needs of the consumers deeply; second, they use new echnologys and new materials, at the same time, they do their best to save the energy,control of environmental pollution, so the house costs are often so high, in the face of high costs, developers are in order to ensure economic efficiency, they usually can no do their best fof the actual implementation of the green residence, or they set the high prices.This thesis is based on the current development of our green house, designed for ledding the real estate developers how to choose the options of the evelopment strategies and the marketing strategies in the green trend. First, this paper defines the concept of green house, then, it use the demand function as a tool to analysis the demands for green, besides, it examines the current supplies of green house in the market, finally, uesing the above as the base, it makes the use of the IE matrix analysis tool, it indicates the real estate company how to choose the reasonable development strategies and the strategy.This paper makes the following conclusinos:the real estate developers should low the resources and energy consumption, and also ensure the quality of green house quality, at the same time, take into their own economic interests, they need to fully understand the demands of consumers,effectively gripes of costs, so they can develop different types of green houses.The study will make the proposals to the real estate developers in the green trend.
