By analyzing the reasons of green trade barrier and the current situation of China's clothing industry, this paper puts forward an effective way to break through the green trade barrier and to enhance the clothing export quantity by adopting green strategy.YL Co. Ltd is a national garment nongovernmental business in China, is also a Chinese biggest enterprise majoring in producing lounge suit currently. Along with China joining the WTO and approach of the empress quota ages, the international local garment market competition is gradually vigorous. Therefore, what kind of the competition strategy that the company adopted will direct influence the existence and development of company aftertime. Leading by the theories of competing strategy, we make study on YL's strategy analyzing, strategy designing and strategy implementing. After analyzing the company's interior and exterior environment, we induce the advantage and weakness of the company inner part, opportunity and threat facing in the exterior environment, taking which as the foundation, we draw up the green strategy of the company.The company should full exert the low cost advantage brought by large scale production, insist to implement the difference strategy, raise the brand good reputation degree, thus we can grow long-term competitive advantage of the company. By constructing the corporate culture, setting up core competencies etc, we perform the above strategy to make YL in the leading position of garment field. |
