As the current environmental problems more and more serious, people begin to pay attention to environmental protection. For real estate, real estate industry as a large number of consumption of natural resources industry, its development can cause serious pollution to the environment and lead to lack of resources, all countries in the world begin to focus on the green development of the real estate industry in the background of the current anywhere in the world advocate to protect the earth and protect the environment. China gradually tend to rational development after overheated development in real estate market, and in the background of the Chinese government regulate the real estate industry and promote the construction of the green house, the quality of green way is the inevitable choice of real estate developers. And because the residential housing is the main body of the real estate industry, so green housing is particularly important for resource conservation and environmental protection. Therefore, exploring countermeasures for green residential development is particularly important. Because the green housing market include the bodies of the government, developers and consumers, and the bodies’ action will affect the development of green housing, so it is very necessary to study how to develop the green housing from the Angle of the main participation body of the market.This article begins from the Angle of the participation body of the green housing market, first of all, using the tripartite game model from the perspective of market participation main body to analyze the development countermeasure of green housing problem, and then, the article discusses the experience of the developed countries of the green house by using the case analysis method,and then the article puts forward countermeasures of development of the green housing.The article’s concrete content is as follows:First chapter analyzes the research background and research status at home and abroad about green housing, and review the related concepts and theories of green housing. The second chapter analyzes the present situation of the development of the green housing from the perspective of legal policy and data. The third chapter discusses the three bodies’ strategic choices in the green housing development and balanced interests from the point of view of the main participation body of the green housing market. The fourth chapter analyzes the action taken by the tripartite main body choice from the perspective of pure strategy and mixed strategy analysis by using the tripartite game model, and discusses the balanced benefits under the corresponding action choice, and then explores the tripartite win-win condition. The fifth chapter analyzes some typical cases of green housing development abroad, and understands that the government plays an indispensable role in the middle to promote the development of green housing between the developers and consumers. The sixth chapter puts forward countermeasures of development of the green housing from the perspective of government, developers and consumers according to the conclusion of the third,fourth and fifth chapter.The conclusion through the analysis and discussion before is as follows:(1) The role of government is essential in the development of green housing; government should use the reward and incentives to promote the development of the green housing;(2)Developers should seize the opportunity to develop the green house in the background of the support of the policy and motivation in order to enhance their competitiveness and undertaking for social responsibility;(3)Consumers should take the initiative to purchase and consume the green house neither from themselves or from the next generation of interests.
