Trends of development for economic globalization become more quicker in recent years. Facing harsh market, many enterprises are forced to enhance their core competitiveness in order to get a continued development in new economic trends. Enterprises are expaning human capital to attract more excellent qualified people, those people can create unique competitive edge for the enterprises which difficult to be copied by others. To retain qualified staff in-company as well as to attract talented person outside, a completed incentive systme can emerges enormous positive effect for it. The most basic work for construction of incentive mechanism is to design,adjust and improve human resource managemet system, in order to arouse enthusiasm of work for medium manager in company.JH corporation is a Hongkong enterprise which engages in leather products over 10 years. In recent years, its scale has continually enlarged, but brain drain has been very serious especially the medium managers, because of mess management and imperfect incentive mechanism, state of the enterprise is being inefficient. How to retain and attact medium manangers, which requires to set up an efficient incentive mechanism.This paper based on actual situations of JH, according to characteristics of medium manager, guided by modern incentive theories and incentive mechanism theories, to analyse and evaluate incentive mechanism of human resource management in JH, by using documentation researches, investigation analysis, statistical analysis and specialist conversation. At the same time, this paper constructs a set of scientific and effective incentive mechanism of medium managers for JH corporation.The paper is formed by six parts. The first part is introduction. The second part is documents summary. In this part, the paper reviews relevant incentive theories and incentive mechanism theories, sums up characteristics of incentive and demand for medium managers. The third part is about the actual situation in JH. In this part, the paper gives a basis introduction to the JH corporation and analyses the contents and limitations of the actual incentive mechanism. The forth part is a design solution of incentive mechanism for the JH medium managers. In this part, based on the goal, principle, basic ideology and main contents of incentive mechanism plan, the paper designs a more effective incentive mechanism. The solution divided the incentive mechanism into material and non-material motivation system. The fifth part is measures to complement the incentive mechanism of medium managers. In this part, the paper consummates performance appraisal mechanism, and set up a restrained mechanism. The last part is conclusion.This paper has a significance to help arouse the manager's enthusiasm, promote the JH's human resource management.Meawhile, this paper can give some reference to other enterprise at the same situation.
