Human resources are the most important and active resources of organizations.To fully tap the vitality of human resources and stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of human resources is an important means and channel to improve organizational performance and achieve organizational strategic goals.Performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management,organization according to the requirements of employees and job responsibilities,job performance,the employee's work behavior and work efficiency of comprehensive and objective evaluation of the employee performance evaluation system,and according to the behavior and process of evaluation results of employee incentives,rewards and punishment,training,performance management the.With the development of the theory and practice of management in our country is gradually mature and advanced,strengthening performance management of human resources has become the choice of many organizations,through the performance appraisal,inspire staff enthusiasm and work performance,to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization;through the performance appraisal,selection and selection of outstanding employees promoted to the appropriate work post;through the performance appraisal,problems with the blind spot of employees,and to carry out targeted training and education activities,and improve the performance of employees,has become the consensus of the organization.The middle-level managers in the organization plays a role,outstanding middle-level managers,a can not only promote the strategic goals and performance objectives,and coordinating the work atmosphere,form a good working environment and culture,to form a strong force and cohesion,enhance the Department's performance and the performance of the staff performance.Therefore,taking JG company as an example,this paper conducts in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the performance appraisal of the layer managers,aiming to provide some reference and significance for improving and optimizing the performance appraisal system of JG company's middle managers.This paper briefly expounds and proves on the source of the subject,the basis for writing,writing the basic situation;secondly,the concept of assessment of middle managers and the performance of the connotation,characteristics and significance are introduced andsummarized,the basic theories involved in this paper were discussed,on the domestic and foreign middle managers performance evaluation theory and practice and performance management were reviewed;and then through the investigation on the current situation of JG company middle managers performance evaluation and performance management in-depth description and analysis,and put forward the JG company middle managers in the performance appraisal and performance management problems and deficiencies;then according to the JG corporation performance appraisal problems and lack of construction the performance appraisal of the framework of the middle managers;and based on the framework of performance evaluation system of JG Corporation.The index system,the detailed design of performance appraisal,especially by AHP method the degree of importance of each index(weight)were determined and then for distribution;strategy and strategy implementation of JG company middle managers performance evaluation and performance management,to achieve the ideal performance evaluation results,need to provide the powerful safeguard measures in terms of organization culture thought,idea,technical training,system and organization mechanism;finally summarizes the dissertation,and analyzes the deficiencies and research prospects for the future vision.
