| In the 21st century, the business globalization, international economic cooperation and the diversification and personalization needs of customers made the competition among enterprises more and more intense. Facing increasing competition in the market environment, gas companies'urgently need to innovate and transform the management theory, by using the best products and services to attract customers, to foster competitive advantage and a good level of profitability to achieve their own survival and sustainable development. Top management needs to rethink the management system combining with its own strategic objectives, and then abandon those management models and methodologies that are not in line with the market competition. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an effective means to obtain competitive advantages in enterprise. Based on domestic and overseas researches, combined with domestic enterprises fact, the XX gas group BPR implementation is studied in this paper.Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a complicate system engineer which includes high risk and high benefit. There are some parts in this paper:first part generalizes the domestic and overseas researches and development about BPR, makes a summary analysis, and produces the means and designing technique, which are used in the executing process of BPR. Second part expounds the implementing steps and the process of BPR, and the problems that will encounter in the implementation and how to deal with these problems. The third part is BPR application case analysis, the analysis to XX Gas Group's situation and development, put forward business process reengineering needs for the existing problems, and according to business processes architecture and content of specific gas corporate gives the implementation strategy.Based on the research of BPR content, the business process reengineering should make Enterprise Strategy as a core. The implementation of BPR must proceed from the actual situation, theory with practice, and from the core and strategic point of view. Integrate inside and outside resources of the enterprise to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises and convert this kind of ability as the core competitive advantage. |
