In the 21st century, china’s financial industry developed rapidly, exchange rate liberalization and market-oriented interest rate characteristics of the domestic financial sector development is significant. In recent years, financial products, derivatives, financial transaction services, applications background of the growing complexity of this trend and the environment, traditional banking business and management processes of the risks and drawbacks gradually revealed. How to optimize the recycling process, reshape customer-oriented, market-oriented and efficient business processes, has become an important strategic choice of domestic banks change their operational mechanism, promote business transformation, respond to competition in the industry.Language services industry A bank, as typical of the traditional banking, but also with most of its business operations as domestic banks, the high degree of similarity and homogeneity of the product, how their business process reengineering is to enhance the competitiveness of The key issue. The third chapter analyzes the shortcomings of the international advanced banking processes the current status of state-owned commercial banks and business processes, analyzes how China’s commercial banks to implement business process reengineering, systematic presentation of the principles of our state-owned commercial bank BPR, objectives, specific steps and strategies. The fourth chapter analyzes the major banks in A case studies, discuss their different operating conditions of the overall business process, and for A bank lending and accounting business process reengineering as an example for the case. Chapter V Conclusions and what yet to be resolved next.
