Career Management as a new research focus, has attracted interest from both domestic and foreign experts in the field of human resource management. Core staff, the most important part of enterprises, has become even more essential to the sustainable development of enterprises due to increased competition among enterprises. Facing more valued core staffs who desire self-achievement, the traditional salary incentive mechanism is not sufficient any more. In addition to salary, welfare and promotion, the concept of career planning and management mainly focuses on the joint development of enterprises and staff to achieve a win-win result.Based on the career management theory, the current situation of career management for core staff in the company and the causes of problems were analyzed. The purpose of this article is to design a feasible career management program for core staff in Dawn Company. By using individual case study and questionnaire methods, the article analyzed the cause of problems, pointed out the urgency and importance of implementing a career management program for core staff and designed the career plan for different types of core staff respectively. The paper also suggested measures to ensure the implementation of the career management program.
