Enterprise is the cell of society,its status and role is increasingly important.In modern society,the economic development of a country,the progress of science and technology,the improvement of people's lives,all depends on the enterprise welfare improvement and all of these functions must rely on the effort of all the employees of the enterprise.With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of globalization,in order to obtain the differentiation of the core competitiveness in the increasingly fierce competition in the market,it must attract and retain the people grasp the company's core competitive-key employees.To fully understand the needs of core employees,to value their potential value,and to combine their career development goals with the corporate development strategy,To maximum degree of promotion of the core staff of the enterprise's sense of belonging and identity,is bound to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of core employees,to maintain sustained and rapid development of enterprises to provide power.In this paper,through the investigation and Study on the management of core staff occupation career of G company,combined with the theory of occupation career management,We find out the problems existing in the occupation career management of core employees of the company,and puts forward the core employee occupation career management mechanism optimization strategy.Through the investigation,it could be found that G company is still in the initial stage of the career management of the core staff,has not yet formed a complete career management system.Mainly reflected in: the lack of a strong career planning system,career management model is not scientific,lack of personal career prospects,corporate culture and other issues.To solve the above problems,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy from the organizational career management mechanism of occupation career management perspective,develop different stages career management planning of the core staff and so on.In the current environment of increasingly frequent flow of talent.The research of this paper has positive significance to improve the core employee career management of G company.The reasonable core staff career management can be benefit for develop the core staff,effective incentive the general employees.provide more talents for enterprises,finally achieve the win-win situation of enterprises and employees.and can also provide some guidance for others company which are similar to G company in the practice of career management.
