The Research On Achievements Evaluation For Agricultural Bank Of China Shanxi Province Taiyuan Branch Based On DEA

In today's economic environment, the financial industry is in increasingly fierce competition, the ABC has just completed the stock reform, but to get the completely implemented reform effects, there still have a long way to go, to strengthen the competitiveness of the ability of agricultural bank, the evaluation of the performance in ABC has become a reality. This paper studies the main content and the conclusions are as follows:First, on the basis of the related theory of commercial banks'performance evaluation, the development course and the present situation of ABC, it analyzed the influence factors, and based on the previous study, it constructed the DEA evaluation index system of ABC's performance, and did empirical analysis with the data of Shanxi agriculture bank, got the ranking order of the technical efficiency, scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the selected sub-branches; Second, it analyzed the evaluation result, and the causes of the DEA evaluation result, trying to find the reasons of the low efficiency.Third, according to the evaluation results, combining with the actual situation of the Shanxi agriculture bank, it proposed some improvement measures.
