In economic development process, the government whether financial means to select the use of agricultural policies hinges on its support for agriculture macro control of the willingness and ability,and this support can effectively promote economic development is the financial support for agricultural operation efficiency of the decision,this is the financial support for agricultural policy. The key success in agriculture,weak infrastructure,particularly for agricultural infrastructure to lag behind,has become a restraining of china's agricultural modernization. Today there is a bottleneck. Then there are many kinds of financing methods for the construction of agricultural infrastructure with money,but the fundamental questions,we study the supply of agricultural infrastructure,and agricultural infrastructure and financial strength may be found that the government is still its supply system of its foundation, and still play the role of the leader.
