KeErQinOu Stockbreeding Industrialization Research

"The twelfth five year plan" made by Inner Mongolia Party Committee had put forward some suggestion. First, the structure of farming and stockbreeding should be adjusted and improved. Especially stockbreeding should be given priority to development, and the modern grassland stockbreeding need to be kept stable in order to improve the quality and efficiency of farming and stockbreeding. Then, the proportion of husbandry output value in the first industry must be improved to advance agriculture industrialization. And to transfer the ability of farm product processing is the key point. Those main existing products processing and circulating enterprise should be supported to be bigger and stronger. And the new leading enterprise should be set up as well as the agriculture herdsman development cooperation economic organization. What is more, it is necessary to establish markets so that the agricultural industrialization can be future advanced. In addition, the famous brands of those farm products must be set up so that they can enter the higher markets. Basing on this background, the paper choose KE ER QIN Tong Liao which is typical in those agriculture or half in agriculture and half in husbandry towns to be examples to do the research about problems in stockbreeding industrialization.The first two chapters of the essay define the concept of stockbreeding by studying related works and by referring to personal surveys. The two chapters also summarize the features of animal husbandry in the northern minority areas(half farming and half herding), and also summarize the significances of realizing stockbreeding industrialization, which is:1) improving people'dietary structure and increasing the supply of animal products as well as improving the quality of life; 2)making full use of food, sideline products and rural surplus labour recourses to develop animal husbandry and to increase farmers' income; 3) promoting the development economy in rural areas; 4) promoting the ecological environment efficiency and developing rural circular economy; 5) conducting to the balanced urb and rural development and realizing the urbanlazation of agricultural areas being the symbol of agricultural modernization. The contents of the third chapter of the essay including the general introduction of Ke Er Qin and the adventures of the industrialization of stockbreeding as well as the pres situation of the stockbreeding development of KeErQin. The fourth chap mainly talks about the existing problems of the industrialized management stockbreeding and the strategies are also suggested in this part. According to the existing problems during the industrialized management of stockbreeding in KeErQin, the following suggestions are put forwad:1) building perfect benefit coupling mechanism; 2) the governments'macro-contrc encouraging,guiding and supporting the industrialized management system; 3) strengthening the construction of leading enterprises, establishing famous brand and strengthening competitiveness.The main conclusion:through KeErQin stockbreeding industralization research, we can draw the conclusion:the development direction of the Inner Mongolia agriculture of half herding half agricultural are combining the development of agriculture and animal husbandry and developing animal husbandry in agricultural areas. The outlet of agro- husbandry lies in thr realization of industrialization.
