Study On The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization

Agricultural industrialization an important way to realize agriculturalmodernization. Due to the large regional differences, China’s agricultural industrializationdevelopment is very uneven, there are still problems like inadequate benefit couplingmechanisms, low contract compliance rate and weak leading enterprises. Especially, Ningxiais located in the Inland Northwest, problems such as lack of geographical environmentadvantages, underdeveloped economy, low-level agricultural industrialization, small-scalespecial advantage industries, few support of agricultural science and technology, insufficientcapacity of the processing of agricultural products, low level of organization of agriculturalproduction and inadequate benefit coupling mechanisms are severe.The purpose of the study is to put forward countermeasures of Ningxia’s agriculturalindustrialization development by raising awareness and creating new ideas according to theexiting main problems for the development of agricultural industrialization in Ningxia basedon the accurate grasp of the basic connotation and characteristics of agriculturalindustrialization.The main contents of this paper is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction;The second part is about agricultural industrialization-related theories; The third part is aboutthe development process of agricultural industrialization in Ningxia, its development processcan be divided into three stages, namely the spontaneous exploratory stage, standardized stageand orderly stage; The fourth part is about development effectiveness and issues ofagricultural industrialization in Ningxia, this part discussed the status of the development ofagricultural industrialization in Ningxia and proposed the problems of Ningxia’s agriculturalindustrialization; The fifth part is about the main discussions and proposed countermeasuresof Ningxia’s agricultural industrialization development.The main conclusions of the thesis are: We should take advantage of the five strategicleading industries(including wolfberry, halal beef and mutton, milk, potatoes, horticulturalindustries) and the six regional special advantage industries (including high-quality food,suitable aquaculture, grapes, dates, seed crops and high-quality forage industries) bydeveloping the leading enterprise-led organization, cooperative economic organization-led organization, agricultural production base-led organization, farmer linkage organization andthe promotion of government. According to the main problems existing in the development ofagricultural industrialization, the main measures should be taken are as follows: Firstly,improve the mechanism to protect farmers benefit; Secondly,establish a diversified investmentmechanism to strengthen the base of agricultural industrialization; Thirdly, promoteagricultural science and technology innovation to improve socialized technology servicesystem; Fourthly, implement brand strategy to promote deep processing of agriculturalproducts; Fifthly, implement the big pull of major investment and projects to strengthen thestandardization of the production base construction; Sixthly, strengthen the quality and safetysupervision to improve the market competitiveness of local agricultural products; Sevenly,develope specialized cooperative organizations and develop innovation in operating systemand mechanism.
