Now, after the reform of the four joint-stock state-owned banks, many commercial banks, the rise of new, foreign banks gradually settled in China, China's commercial banking industry has been heating up the competition, especially in traditional areas of credit, all commercial banks Business is not very different. New retail business of commercial banks has become the focus of competition for future competition. China's major commercial banks have put the development of the retail business to the level of competitive strategy. The retail team building will put on the agenda of major commercial banks in the following. In this paper, based on the status of the China Commercial Bank retail business, using the potential science and the theory of team-building to systematic analysis and discussion with great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, fully understand the retail business of commercial banking and retail team, based on systematic review of the current academic theories on team-building and related model to determine China's commercial banks to the elements of the retail team building; On the management theory of the potential scientific (Suppose of information people, Potential Mechanism, Symmetry elements of information people, and so on) was systematically discussed. On this basis, this paper build a scientific view of potential retail and commercial bank in China under the team-building model, this model uses the potential scientific theory to transform the input elements (External environment, Team atmosphere, Team Characteristics, Organizational support, Team Leader) of the retail team building. control elements (Target recognition, Team norms, Team atmosphere, Team Communication) of the retail team to enter the interactive process, Which made the construction of the retail team to run the potential science mechanism, the maximum difference in shaping the individual team members, strengthen the team members to contact, achieve the symmetry of the elements to create the greatest potential of management information, resulting in the largest retail group Performance. In subsequent references in this paper to shape differences, strengthen ties and to achieve symmetry of person were the potential science as a framework and theoretical basis, qualitative and quantitative (AHP) method and the combination of the current management of some of the best management tools (Balanced Scorecard, etc.) on the construction of commercial banks in the retail team conducted a systematic analysis and discussion. With the development of this new science, the guiding role of team-building will be more important in commercial bank retail business of China. For further quantitative studies will help to enhance the results of this research in the real applications feasible.
