Reaserch On Evaluation Of Freeway Project Goal Sustainability Based On Projection Pursuit

Target sustainability evaluation of freeway project is the main content of the project post—evaluation.It includes the appraisal of exterior and interior conditions that affect project sustainability.Target sustainability evaluation analyzes the realization degree of the project goal and then evaluates its sustainability.The post-evaluation of highway construction project has been used in China since middle and later periods of 1980th.As for the development of freeway transportation in our country and the improvement of the revolution of construction engineering system, but compared with the developed countries still have considerable gap .now, it is an urgent and new subject to build up intact freeway construction project post-evaluation in our country.Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper further perfected the highway project target sustainability of evaluation content, constructing the freeway project target persistent comprehensive evaluation index system conforms to China's situation. Freeway project target sustainability assessment involves content are many, the evaluation requires a lot of qualitative and quantitative index data. The evaluation method which is currently used mostly has many human factors influence, it can not guarantee the result of evaluation objective accuracy. This paper will introduced projection pursuit into expressway evaluation, established based on projection pursuit of freeway target persistent comprehensive evaluation model and ensure maximum evaluation objective accuracy. With this model to evaluate real cases, obtained the ideal evaluation results. This method for expressway evaluation research provides a new means.
