Evaluation Of Urban Rail Transit Sustainable Development Based On RAGA-PPC Model

Urban rail transit system is an important part of urban social and economic system.After the "explosive" growth of China's rail transit construction,the characteristics of large investment,high cost and poor economic benefits of urban rail projects begin to emerge,and cities begin to explore countermeasures to realize the sustainable development of rail transit industry and effectively improve the level of urban rail management and operation.The sustainable development of urban rail transit is not only the traditional ecological sustainable development,but also the comprehensive sustainable development of economy,society,ecology,management organization and basic functions.Under this background,in this paper,the theory of sustainable development as well as the enterprise life cycle theory to do the carding of the system,and the arrangement of the current theory of urban rail transit sustainable research at home and abroad,the evaluation index system and evaluation method study,according to the principles of system,science,and an emphasis on building the evaluation index system of urban mass transit system,in China Beijing,Shanghai,shenzhen,guangzhou,Hong Kong five regional sustainable development of urban rail transit condition to make a comprehensive evaluation.On the selection of evaluation methods,this paper choose the projection pursuit model the high-dimensional data into low-dimensional subspace,and combined with genetic accelerated algorithm for global optimization to determine the best projection direction,to overcome the traditional comprehensive evaluation method of human empowerment and vulnerable to the extreme to the defect of interference,in the end of five typical cities of comprehensive evaluation of the present situation and problems of the sustainable development of urban rail and rank.Next combined with empirical conclusions,this paper analyzes the urban rail transit in China in the economic,social and ecological basis,organization and management and the problems existing in the functional level,points out that the impact of domestic four main factors for the sustainable development of urban rail transit is the lack of perfect management system,weak profitability and financing mode,and lack of talent and developing savings.Finally,this paper puts forward three policy Suggestions for the unsustainable urban rail transit in China.It is hoped that China's urban rail transit can strengthen the construction of urban rail transit organization and management,strengthen the economic sustainability of urban rail transit system,and improve the level of urban rail transit planning and construction in the future development process.And summarize the deficiency and improvement direction of this paper.
