With the rapid development of our economy, the talents from different businesses are increasing throat-cutting competition, and the relations between the staff and business have changed profoundly. Employees are no longer loyal to a company as in the past. Because of its nature, scale, management level and other reasons, Family enterprise's employee flow frequency is much higher than other nature enterprise. How to maintain an effective Employee-Organization Relationship(EOR) and reduce the flow of valuable employees become the focus of the attention. Based on this background, Through the research of the relationship between POS and OC of Family enterprise employee in china, this paper focus on the impact of employees' turnover from the perspective of the EOR.Referring to the mature questionnaire, this article studies on the correlation of the POS, OC and turnover intention(TI) with the statistics principle and method which are correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on. The results suggest that POS has the negative effect on the TI, and the conclusion is consistent with research in the past. From the study, we find out that the caring about well-beings has greater effect on turnover intention. OC and its five dimensional degrees have negative effect on TI, which is identical with research in the past. Affective commitment, normative commitment and economic commitment can also effectively forecast the TI. POS through the intermediary organizationa commitment to impact TI. At last, some effective suggestions are proposed to Family enterprises'HRM based on the conclusions.
