In recent years, the rapid development of high-speed railway in China has become a new reginal transportation corridor passenger travel mode, however, the rise of high-speed railway has brought impact and influence to airlines and expressway, also make a certain competition between the several modes. In order to make expressway and high-speed railway adapt to the demand of the transport market, it is necessary to give a reasonable competition relationship between expressway and high-speed railway so as to optimize transportation allocation of resources. It is significant to study the competation relationship between reginal transportation corridor expressway and high-speed railway for improving the two transport efficiency, providing convenience for travelers and promoting coordinated development of the two-mode.The paper analyzes the passenger feature index and the advantage and disadvangtage from the angle of passengers travel between the two-mode transportation, obtains the main factors wich influnces the passengers travel choice, studies the competation relationship from the view of the supply of transportation system and passenger's travel demand, briefly illustrates the influence of service properties for competitiveness with Logit model as the competition model, and improves the model by introducing passenger's individuality (e.g income level variable). Finally, it takes Zhengzhou-Xi'an passageway for an example, makes 2015 as target years, the paper calculates share of passengers with improved model for expressway and high-speed railway between Zhengzhou and Xi'an, and analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the two-mode.
