Deepen administrative restructuring is a necessary requirement about the development of socialist market economic system. The new round of deepening of the reform of government institutions, oil prices and the implementation of tax reform, the acceleration of the integrated transportation system construction, the promote of integrated development of urban and rural areas road transport. In these cases, the administration of road transport face many new situations, new problems and new challenges, especially the road transport administrative system needed further optimize and reforms. Therefore, this paper studied the reform of road transport administration management system is after full implementation of the fuel tax, in the context of transformation the mode of economic development and deepening of the administrative system where road transport administration system need to deepen reform and continuous improvement.Transportation industry is a basic industry of national economy, it is also one of the important means that promote national economic and social development. Otherwise, road transport plays a fundamental role in the integrated transportation system. However, there appear some places that are incompatible that between the existing road transport administration system and new industry situation and it is a much-needed opportunity for road transport administration system to reform. This paper argues that study on the reform of road transport administration system is directly related that whether the national transport policy can be put in place, whether the supervision to the transport market can put in place, and it is also related to the normal operation of transport economy and protects people's travel, it is the substantial measure of solving the current major problem of road transport and long-term development strategic. Therefore, this paper begin with the road transport administration system of developed country and the present surroundings of road transport administration system of our country, analysis and figure out the possible existing problems of current road transport administration system of our country, and then propose the prospects of reform and appropriate solutions to these problems.
