Study On The Perfection Of Road Transport Major Administrative Decision-making Mechanism

The fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee puts new requirements on the perfection of the major administrative decision-making mechanism. As a basic industry, Road transport develops rapidly in recent years, plays an important role in the integrated transport system. The relationship between the main interests involved has become increasingly complex, the requirements of the transport policy quality also will increase. Especially for the major issues, it needs a perfect decision-making mechanisms to ensure it is scientific. In recent years, the study on major administrative decisions has also been included for studies of scholars, many scholars border study. Issues major administrative decision-making procedures of the rule of law, public participation and other issues. For the study of major administrative decision-making mechanism of road transport, it is empty. However, road transport management in administrative decision-making mechanism has its own characteristics. It is necessary to study it alone.
