Research On Marine Industry Evolution Of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Based On Complex Network

Nowadays, the coast countries take the ocean exploitation as a significant development strategy. The competition of ocean productivity has become an important factor in comprehensive national competition in the 21st century. China also actively develops the Marine industry and builds the modern industrial system. Hu Jintao, chairman of the Peoples Republic of China, proposed the strategy of building Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone. In such a situation, the problems of developing the maritime industry of this region will be solved.In this paper, the method of using the complex network is proposed to research the evolution and optimization of the marine industry cluster. Firstly, blue economy, industry clusters and the theory of complex networks are reviewed based on the full investigation and documentation. Logically, the relations between descriptions: Blue economy is the basis of economic development industry; industrial cluster constitutes a complex network. Secondly, this paper applies location quotient to analyze the current problems of marine industry in this region and select advantage industries. Then, chooses the marine equipment manufacturing industry and marine fisheries as typical representatives, using the complex network method to its complex network evolution empirical analysis problem. By creating complex network mathematics model, calculating network parameters and doing simulation and evolution, we propose methods of optimization network. This paper analyzes how to reach a higher evolution with the statistical characteristic under the effect of inclusive and outside environment. Finally, on the basis of analysis in the above theory and the empirical research, proposed the reasonable suggestions of economic development of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone: cultivate competitive industries, leading enterprises to play a leading role; update research capacity, optimize the industrial layout; coordinate with supporting industries, cultivate and support industries, and other products. This paper can give much more theoretic supports for the development of Marine industrial cluster and chain. Meanwhile, it has some referential values in guiding the practice of regional industrial development.
